  • Informational Purpose: All DGCA-style question banks, memory-based questions, study notes, and explanations are created or aggregated strictly for informational and practice purposes to aid independent self-study.

3. Account Registration & Single-User Access

To access paid study materials, mock tests, or private distribution groups (including Telegram or web databases), you must create an account or provide valid registration details.

  • Single-User License: Every subscription or access grant is strictly for one individual user.
  • Account Sharing Prohibited: You are strictly prohibited from sharing your login credentials, access tokens, PDF downloads, or Telegram invite links with third parties or broadcasting them on public forums.
  • Concurrent Login & Monitoring: ExamAirways reserves the right to monitor account usage (including IP addresses and device IDs). Simultaneous logins from multiple locations or unusual download behavior will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

All content available on ExamAirways—including but not limited to test questions, answer explanations, mock exam databases, website code, graphics, layout, video content, and downloadable notes—is the exclusive intellectual property of ExamAirways or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and digital data protection laws.

You agree NOT to:

  • Resell, rent, sub-license, or commercially exploit any content from ExamAirways.
  • Upload ExamAirways materials to file-sharing websites, cloud drives, or third-party Telegram channels.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our testing platform or digital databases.

Violation of intellectual property rights will result in account suspension, permanent revocation of access, and potential legal proceedings under applicable civil and criminal laws.

5. Digital Access, Payments & Refund Policy

  • Pricing & Access: Access to study banks and mock tests is granted upon full receipt of payment via our authorized payment gateways.
  • Instant Digital Access: Because our products consist of immediate access to digital assets, databases, and study resources:
    • All purchases are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

8. Account Suspension and Termination
